The role
team.blue Denmark is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to take our Citrix/RDS operations to the next level. We manage more than 7,500 Windows servers on a daily basis and have a customer base of more than 250.000 in the Danish hosting market.
As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting complex Citrix and RDS environments for our customers. You will work in close collaboration with both our Windows team and our Solutions team, who manage our biggest customers.
Your tasks
- Design and implement new Citrix and RDS solutions for customers
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing Citrix and RDS environments
- Participate in project planning, scheduling, and implementation
- Automation and scripting of processes related to deployment
Your profile
You might have a background as a Citrix Consultant or Systems Engineer working with Citrix and RDS solutions to some extent. We are looking for someone who meets two or more of these requirements:
- Experience in Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop
- Experience with Citrix NetScaler (ADC)
- Strong knowledge of Windows technologies such as AD, DNS, IIS, SQL and RDS solutions
- Expertise with scripting and automation with PowerShell
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with networking at a basic level
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware
